Abstract

In the context of ongoing reforms and external negative factors, budget policy is the basis for the implementation of all programs at the state level and financing of priority sectors of the economy. The balance of income and expenditure items in the budgets of all levels is given a serious role. Especially in the context of the constant negative impact of external sanctions
