Abstract

In this article, one of the widely used industrial and laboratory methods is deep freezing of biomaterial - cryopreservation of sperm. Animal spermatozoa are used as genetic material in this method. The method of freezing sperm is well studied and widely used in all branches of animal husbandry. To preserve the gene pool of rare and endangered breeds and species of animals, progressive biotechnological methods play a huge role, which provide a real opportunity to create genetic material and restore full-fledged animals from it in the future
