Abstract
The article is devoted to the evaluation of bulls-producers of the AberdeenAngus breed by the quality of the offspring obtained. The breeding of meat-type cattle will create favorable conditions in the republic for the growth of beef production of higher quality. The bull category was determined by the value of the complex index. At the age of 15 months, the meat forms of the bulls were evaluated on a 60-point scale. The results of the evaluation of AberdeenAngus bulls-producers of Barium 1421 and Ditch 1383 showed that both bulls received a good rating and were assigned to the elite-record class, received the breeding category "improver" and recommended for widespread use in the beef cattle breeding of the republic
